Summer Days

Hello everybody!
Here I am in my nit cap (don't worry - all gone now), underneath my amazing new umbrella from Great Grandma Dot. I love it! So does Dad.

The other day we drove to Ngawi on the south Wairarapa coast and climbed up to see the lighthouse.

It was a very long way up - but we could just see Mumma and Sylvie Dot in the car park down below.

Can you spot them??

The foreshore was covered in thousands of tiny yellow and orange flowers.

When we got home, Dad had a rest.
But not for long.

Sylvie is very well, and either sitting up...

... or falling down.

Now she can sit up most of the time, bath time with her is really fun.

She only has two teeth still but Mum thinks more might be coming.

The other day we visited our good friends Nic and Hayden Belton in Wanganui.

It was great to meet their little boy George.

Then we went to see Daddy's friend Al.
He took me for a ride on this very small horse!
Home again, picnic time on my new picnic table from Nana Raine.

And playtime with Possum.

In other news, Dadda's guitar lessons are progressing well.

And we've been spending some time on the farm Grumpa Rich manages.
Here I am driving the tractor.

The farm is great for nudie runs.

And rabby spotting.
Love Orla and Sylvie xo
